On 1st July 2011, the firm was restructured as a limited liability partnership (LLP). This is the modern vehicle now used by many law firms in place of traditional sole practitioners or partnerships. The firm now practices under the style of David Ebert LLP.

The firm specialises in conveyancing (residential and commercial), wills, probate, powers of attorney, matrimonial and other private client work.

David Ebert is a sister company of Ackroyd Legal.

We are delighted to have been admitted to this new Quality Scheme in July 2011, being amongst the first firms in the country to achieve this recognition. This accreditation is given to firms who have undergone a rigorous assessment by the Law Society and who have demonstrated a depth of experience and competence both in residential conveyancing and in the management of a legal practice.
